The client seeks to strengthen their core capability within the Senior management by hiring a Head of HR. This role will play a pivotal role by focusing on HR transformation to align the business goals of a well-established healthcare provider with that of a newly created business venture internally. This role will report to the CEO and will spearhead People and Organization Development strategies.
  • Stable organization with mandate to drive HR transformation in a new venture.
  • Liaising directly with Senior strategic partners and reporting to the CEO.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, this role will:

  • Liaise with the senior management to conceptualize, design and implement HR and Organizational Development long term strategies.
  • Strengthen the employee engagement and culture by implementing HR initiatives companywide to foster an inclusive environment.
  • Lead performance management processes by aligning workforce optimization and compenseation strategies.
  • Drive the Talent Acquisition and Development by rolling out a talent development roadmap and implement succession planning strategies.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Business, HR or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR Management experience ideally from the public sector, Healthcare or NGO industry.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with C-level executives, strategic thinking and organizational management skills.
  • High level of energy and resilience to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
