As we scale across sectors, we are seeking our first-ever Head of Human Resources to join our leadership team and shape the future of our people strategy.

Job Description

This is a rare and high-impact opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to build the HR function from the ground up. You will work directly with the CEO and senior management to drive cultural transformation, establish robust HR frameworks, and foster a people-first environment that supports our business ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with our growth plans and values.
  • Build HR Infrastructure: Develop and implement core HR policies, systems, and processes across all business units.
  • Culture & Change Management: Lead cultural transformation initiatives to unify teams and promote a high-performance, inclusive workplace.
  • Talent & Organizational Development: Design talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract and grow top talent.
  • Establish metrics to measure HR effectiveness and ensure compliance with local labor laws and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a HR leadership role, ideally within multi-sector environments (real estate, hospitality is a plus). It is also preferred, if the candidate has dealt with family run businesses.
  • A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a passion for building from scratch.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner closely with C-suite executives.
  • Experience driving cultural change and scaling HR functions in growing organizations.
  • A collaborative, empathetic leader who thrives in entrepreneurial settings.
