About Our Client

Our client is a well‑established global FMCG player known for its fast‑growing portfolio in the food and beverage category. With plans to accelerate category growth and strengthen their global footprint, they are now looking to hire a Head of Global Marketing to spearhead category strategy, strengthen brand and portfolio performance, and accelerate both domestic and global business expansion.

This is a permanent role with regional exposure and strategic influence across multiple markets.

Job Description

Reporting to the CMO, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading category management and global development for the business portfolios, including full product lifecycle ownership.
  • Formulating and executing domestic and international business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Developing marketing strategies based on market and consumer insights to strengthen brand and portfolio positioning.
  • Overseeing product launches, operational strategies, inventory planning, and SIOP processes across markets.
  • Driving integrated brand communication strategies across online and offline channels.



The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 15 years of experience in brand, category, product management, or marketing within the global FMCG industry.
  • Strong expertise in consumer insights, market research, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to develop holistic category or brand strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen with experience managing complex portfolios.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and openness to potential relocation to Korea.
