Job Description

Reporting directly to the CFO, your key responsibilities would include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy focused on achieving profitability while aligning with the bank's long-term goals.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to extract insights and craft compelling narratives that inform strategic recommendations and facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Lead the development of robust financial models and forecasting processes to guide the bank's financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and operational needs.
  • Identify opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance cost efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Build strong partnerships across departments to enhance financial literacy and drive performance improvements.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

  • Proven experience in a senior FP&A role with at least 12 years of relevant experience, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.


  • Strong strategic mindset with a track record of driving profitability and performance management.


  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced data analytics.


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.


  • Collaborative leadership style with experience working alongside diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.


  • Passion for building high-quality products and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
