Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of finance transformation strategies and initiatives.
  • Assess and optimise financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of new financial tools and technologies.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
  • Manage budgets effectively and align financial resources with organisational priorities.
  • Lead and mentor a team to achieve key performance indicators and strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Relevant Degree in Accounting or Finance, and professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA
  • At least 8-15+ years of finance leadership experience, with a proven track record in finance transformation within FMCG or large-scale organizations.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), automation tools, and advanced analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-country projects and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
