About Our Client

I am representing a client who will be a growing name in the F&B industry across Singapore. Having built a strong following overseas, our client is excited to introduce their products and strenghten their presence locally for the long term.

Job Description

  • Actively identify, propose and secure new sites that directly reflect the organisations' expansion objectives.
  • Grow and maintain close contacts with real estate agents, real estate sellers, shopping mall operators as well as property owners.
  • Conduct feasibility studies as well as lead regular competitor analysis of the current market trends and consumer patterns.
  • The main point of contact for leasing and tenancy negotiations and discussions with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Real Estate or Property- related field.
  • Preferably at least 10 years of relevant experience working on expansion plans within the retail industry.
  • Knowledge of lease terms, specifications and tenancy policies.
  • Possess a sound understanding of the retail leasing market, with a solid network of connections that allow the efficient securement of desirable sites.
  • Comfortable being in the role of a sole contributor, but able to work closely and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
