Head of Data Centers Program Management

1. Planning and Execution:

- Translate ambiguous business goals into clear and measurable objectives and actionable processes/programs

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation for Bytedance strategic initiatives globally.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including capacity planning, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

2. Coordination, monitoring and reporting

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide regular updates to senior management and other key stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and incidents, change logs.

- Lead regular reviews of project progress and leadership readouts

3. Business Performance and Risk Management

- Define, track and report the performance of the business across a number of areas including stability, efficiency, capacity delivery, cost efficiency, organization maturity, etc.

- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines, protect business outcomes and maintain compliance.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

- Lead strategic initiatives to solve business challenges across the organization
