About Our Client

Our client is part of a listed banking group and this is a newly created role in view of their expansion plan.

Job Description

  • Manage the origination and execution of corporate finance activities including IPOs, REITs, RTOs, Listings, secondary fund-raisings and other corporate advisory transactions including M&A
  • Responsible for deal execution and project management as well as pitches
  • Conduct due diligence in accordance with ABS Due diligence guidelines and liaising with regulators
  • Perform industry research and analysis, build and run financial models and valuation
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in corporate finance with investment banks/corporate finance houses
  • Proven experience and success in deal execution and project management
  • Familiarity with Securities and Futures Act, Regulations and Guidelines as well as SGX Listing Rules
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or related discipline, a Master's degree is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, evaluation and communication skills, proactive, attentive to details with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel & Powerpoint, etc)
