Job Description

  • Act as the CEO's strategic partner on corporate development, long‑range planning and value creation initiatives
  • Lead end‑to‑end M&A execution, including target screening, valuation, due diligence, negotiations and post‑merger integration
  • Build and own complex financial models to support investment decisions, capital structuring and scenario analysis
  • Evaluate new market entry, partnership and platform expansion opportunities globally
  • Prepare board‑level materials, investment memos and strategic recommendations
  • Work closely with finance, legal, operations and external advisors to ensure disciplined execution
  • Take ownership of key enterprise‑wide strategic projects with measurable outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Corporate Development should have:

  • 10+ years of experience across corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting or principal investing
  • Strong grounding in finance, valuation, financial modelling and transaction structuring
  • Proven experience executing cross‑border M&A and complex strategic transactions
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and boards
  • Track record of working in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented or transformation environments
  • High ownership mindset with strong analytical, communication and execution skills
