As the Head of Consulting, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the consulting vision across Southeast Asia. You will oversee the successful delivery of client engagements, strengthen regional consulting capabilities, and lead a team of 10-12 consultants toward excellence. Strategic Leadership & Business Direction

• Define and execute the consulting strategy for the Southeast Asia region, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging customer needs to evolve our consulting offerings and expand regional impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior internal stakeholders, contributing to long‑term planning and innovation efforts.

2. Project Delivery & Client Success

• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring exceptional quality, timely execution, and measurable client outcomes.
• Drive consulting excellence through enhanced methodologies, best‑practice frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a senior escalation point when needed.

3. People Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 consultants across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
• Build capability across the team through mentoring, skills development, and effective performance management.
