Job Description

As the Head of Consulting, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the consulting vision across Southeast Asia. You will oversee the successful delivery of client engagements, strengthen regional consulting capabilities, and lead a team of 10-12 consultants toward excellence. This is a highly influential role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, operational execution, and people development.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Business Direction

  • Define and execute the consulting strategy for the Southeast Asia region, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
  • Identify market opportunities and emerging customer needs to evolve our consulting offerings and expand regional impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior internal stakeholders, contributing to long‑term planning and innovation efforts.



2. Project Delivery & Client Success

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring exceptional quality, timely execution, and measurable client outcomes.
  • Drive consulting excellence through enhanced methodologies, best‑practice frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a senior escalation point when needed.



3. People Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 consultants across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
  • Build capability across the team through mentoring, skills development, and effective performance management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated success overseeing complex client projects and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
  • Experience managing and developing consulting teams across regional markets.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Deep understanding of talent, HR, organizational effectiveness, or workforce insights (preferred but not required).
