Project Delivery & Client SuccessOversee the end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring exceptional quality, timely execution, and measurable client outcomes.Drive consulting excellence through enhanced methodologies, best‑practice frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, acting as a senior escalation point when needed.3.
