Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Compliance will be involved in the following :-

  • Provide oversight and management of a robust compliance programme, working closely with business and management to ensure the business is operating in accordance with all relevant Digital Payment Tokens licensing conditions and requirements.
  • Act as the designated Money Laundering Reporting Officer with MAS, auditors and other regulatory bodies, building strong regulatory relationships championing the adoption of best industry standards.
  • Keep informed on company products, services, and initiatives applicable to Singapore
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, the potential Head of Compliance should meet the following criteria :-

  • At least 8 years of compliance experience in Digital Payment Tokens (DPT) related regulations and policies.
  • Strong understanding of MAS regulations, particularly under the PSA.
  • Experience in wallet compliance controls, blockchain analytics and managing crypto transaction risks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
