  • Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic workforce planning and talent retention initiatives.
  • Oversee salary structures, bonus schemes, tech digitalization and employee benefits programmes.
  • Provide guidance on policies and compliance with local employment regulations in Singapore.
  • Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality HR services.

  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance in Singapore.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing HR strategies in large organisations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team effectively.
