You will report directly to the Country Director and spearhead the growth of reseller and corporate sales channels. Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic B2B sales plan to achieve business growth in the retail industry.
  • Lead and manage the B2B team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role within the retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales and operation team.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B sales strategies and client management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse market data and trends to make informed decisions.
