Job Description

  • Define and execute the Asia Pacific regional strategy aligned with global priorities
  • Hold full accountability for regional P&L, financial performance and KPIs
  • Drive sustainable revenue, market share and profitability across the region
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑country leadership team
  • Manage and optimise distributor partnerships alongside direct‑to‑market operations
  • Collaborate closely with global and regional functions in a matrix environment
  • Monitor market, regulatory and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions



The Successful Applicant

  • 14+ years' experience in senior leadership roles within multinational organisations
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and business transformation
  • Experience managing complex, multi‑market operations across Asia Pacific
  • Strong P&L ownership with sound commercial and financial judgement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams in matrix structures
  • Experience working across both distributor and direct‑to‑consumer business models
  • Degree‑qualified in business or a related discipline
