About Our Client
Our client is an exciting B2C retail healthcare start-up that takes pride in their cutting-edge technology which creates industry-leading products. A Singapore-based firm, they empower people seeking to make a positive change. As part of their vision, they are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to come onboard and join them in this exciting journey ahead.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive regional campaigns and strategic marketing projects across Consumer Products in 7 markets. From campaign execution to market launches, your mandate will be to grow brand presence and expand audience.
You will work directly with Consumer Products HQ team and coordinate with the Consumer Products & local marketing teams across the region to ensure top tier campaigns with full channel execution. You will also look into strategic marketing projects such as CRM, content strategy and referral.
- Lead strategic marketing projects for Consumer Products including CRM cross sell, content strategy and referral
- Create a playbook for markets to run campaigns including influencers, ad campaigns, social organic & more
- Be involved in defining the plan for new product launches of Consumer Products across the region
- Think holistically about business unit expansion from pricing & GWP through to e-commerce platforms
- Work closely with marketing & creative teams to build a brand experience that customers love
- Bring structure to campaign execution including processes for ideation, localisation and rollout
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- 3 years or more of digital marketing experience in a rapidly scaling business or have worked in high-growth environments such as tech, strategy consulting, or FMCG companies
- Proven ability running larger, cross-market campaigns with multi-channel execution
- Are an excellent communicator and comfortable with coordinating across multiple markets & teams
- Have a growth hacker mindset and leverage creative growth channels to rapidly scale portfolio of Consumer Products
- Have a strong command of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and G-Suite
