Client is a social media platform where users can connect, share insights, and discover the latest news related to start-ups and companies, by offering a user - generated content (UGC) platform, with a focus on social interaction and community building.

Job Description

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across various channels and platforms.
    • Regional experience in the tech/social media platform creating cross-border content and localisation
  • User Acquisition:
    • Implement and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
  • User Engagement and Retention:
    • Create and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and reduce churn.
    • Develop personalised experiences and content to keep users active and engaged.
  • Experimentation and A/B Testing:
    • Design and conduct A/B tests to optimise landing pages, sign-up flows, and in-app features.
    • Continuously experiment with new growth tactics and measure their effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyse user behaviour data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
    • Report on key metrics and growth performance, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Innovation:
    • Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to develop growth-oriented features and improvements.
    • Stay up to date with the latest growth hacking trends, tools, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years of Growth Hacker experience in a start up or Tech sector.
  • Regional experience in the tech/social media platform, APAC region
  • Strategic in planning and execution in user acquisitions
  • Savvy in social media platforms and data analytic and insights
  • Hands - on in SEO, A/B Testing, and related skills/tools
  • Business acumen in communication, presentation and SNS network/resources
