This role, reporting to the CTO will take on core responsibility of Enterprise Architecture at group level, with Singapore as the HQ but with oversight of 3 other BU's outside of SG. You will be responsible for designing, implementing & maintaining enterprise-level technology program.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a best-in-class enterprise architecture strategy
  • Develop, maintain and lead the Enterprise Technology Master-plan strategy, while ensuring adherence to overall business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the business
  • Analyse, identify and drive improvements in existing IT and OT architecture while driving reviews and identifying risk and compliance concerns
  • Identify areas for improvements in current systems to drive better efficiencies in performance, scalability, reliability, compliance and security
  • Mentor and develop a team with a culture for growth, improvement and commitment to the journey to the change journey
  • Set and monitor KPI's and budgets to maximise impact with the greatest possible efficiency
  • Be a subject matter expert on enterprise architecture both internally and externally.
  • Prepare and present architecture proposals and reports to senior management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum 7 years in Enterprise Architecture
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with ERP, CRM and cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding in agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in using enterprise architecture tools such as Alphabet or ARIS
