Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of senior managers and managers in the FP&A department, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the development and execution of the global FP&A strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • System Harmonization: Manage and coordinate complex system harmonization projects, leveraging SAP HANA S4 to optimize financial systems and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Implement best practices and drive standardization across global operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with global accounting standards and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA/ CA/ CPA qualified
  • At least 15 years of experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Multinational
  • Proven expertise in SAP, with a deep understanding of financial systems, data integration, and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
