This role leads group FP&A and reporting globally, driving consolidation, planning and performance insights across a complex multi‑entity structure. The position also oversees a team, strengthening financial management processes and supporting key strategic decisions.

Job Description

  • Lead the group management consolidation of financials across multiple business lines, ensuring accuracy and meaningful variance analysis.
  • Drive the annual operating plan, long‑range plan, and rolling forecast cycles with standardised frameworks and improved forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide strategic decision support, including scenario modelling, investment evaluations, and performance insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Group Finance, Treasury, Strategy, and Business Units to align financial direction and priorities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals, setting performance standards and developing functional capability.
  • Implement continuous improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and systems across the FP&A function.

The Successful Applicant

  • More than 10 years of FP&A experience with strong exposure to complex group structures.
  • Strong technical capability in consolidation, planning and insights generation using BI tools.
  • Proven team leadership experience within matrixed environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and exposure to planning/BI tools.
