About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing tech startup revolutionizing the manufacturing industry, and they are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join their leadership team. You'll be a strategic partner, not just a number cruncher, with the agility to navigate the exciting, ever-changing landscape of a startup.

Job Description

  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and ensure financial compliance.
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop financial strategies and support fundraising initiatives.
  • Leverage technology to streamline financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the growing finance team, fostering a collaborative and data-driven environment.



The Successful Applicant

  • A qualified accountant (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical accounting foundation with experience in financial modeling, GAAP/IFRS reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proven ability to adapt to change, embrace new technologies, and think creatively to solve problems.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growth and a desire to make a real impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
