About Our Client
Our client is one of the fastest growing Real Estate IT Services Management company with presence in key economic hubs across Asia and Europe. With their agile and multi-tenant business model, the team is looking for a Group Finance Manager to support consolidation activities of their global portfolio.
Job Description
- Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you are responsible for group consolidation of entities across Asia and Europe, including subsidiaries, associates and JVs
- Prepare statutory and management reports, annual budgets and present to stakeholders, communicate financial results
- Support new overseas subsidiaries set up, provide guidance to local finance teams
- Business partner with external stakeholders from tax, audit function, ensure compliance to statutory requirements
- Develop forecasts, analyse financial numbers and propose recommendations to achieve business objectives
- Support automation projects to enhance group reporting process
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, with at least 5 years of working experience in Finance
- Qualified accountant, experienced with US GAAP / US SEC reporting
- Hands on experience with SAP will be highly advantageous
- Technically strong, Big 4 candidates with US GAAP and PCAOB audit experiences are welcomed
- Analytical individual, able to work independently and adhere to reporting timelines
