Job Description

  • Manage the full spectrum of accounting duties, including preparing the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement, Trial Balance, and subsidiary ledgers.
  • Handle monthly group reporting activities such as financial consolidation, KPI tracking, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of consolidated reports.
  • Prepare monthly closing schedules, conduct variance analysis, and deliver management reports.
  • Oversee cashflow reporting and develop short‑ and long‑term cashflow forecasts.
  • Execute foreign exchange accounting and related reporting activities.
  • Complete quarterly and annual tax filings, including GST submissions and estimated tax computations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audits and support internal audit requirements.
  • Lead and manage finance-related tasks during the annual stock‑take exercise.
  • Ensure adherence to financial authority limits, financial reporting standards (FRS), company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes or improve existing financial policies.
  • Support and lead assigned ad‑hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in Singapore
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
