Global service provider with over 2 billion revenue is recruiting for a Green Mark Assessor to join its growing team in Singapore.

Job Description

The Green Mark Assessor will be assisting clients on project design assessment and advisory during the construction process to ensure energy efficient practices are being deployed. This includes energy modeling, conducting site visits to monitor the project progress, energy efficiency documentation, conducting green mark assessments throughout the construction phases, environmental impact assessments, developing recommendations for improvement, providing detailed reporting, evaluation & certification to the clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in environmental, building or related discipline
  • GMAP certified
  • Related experience in this field
