About Our Client
They are a global leader within the industry and have been expanding steadily for many years. With a highly skilled workforce available in Singapore, they are now looking for a SSC Manager to set up their Shared Service Centre.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will design and drive the implementation of the Shared Service Centre globally. You are the key lead for change management and system implementation. You will work with multiple functions and business units across Australasia, Asia Pacific, North Asia, Europe and the Americas. You will channel corporate policies and processes partnering with relevant stakeholders in obtaining licenses, grants and incentives. You play an Operating Lead role in the initial stages of setting up the SSC.
The Successful Applicant
Possessing at least 7 years of setting up, migrating and operating a Shared Service Centre, you have demonstrated both financial and operational experience within the Finance value chain such as Procure-to-Pay. You will work across regions demonstrating resourcefulness in project management. Direct experience in T&E implementation and Epicor Financial system experience are added fit to the role.
