Well established firm in the aerospace sector is recruiting for a Senior Manager to manage their global order management team. They are growing their business presence and have an estimated annual revenue of over 4 billion.
The Global Order Management Manager will be responsible for OM and improvement of related processes such as regular reviews, turn-back entry, AOG escalation points, adherence to international trade compliance regulations and review these regulations periodically. The job scope also includes providing support & guidance on logistics processes and ensure that accurate & timely invoicing is completed. The Global Order Management Manager will be guiding & developing the team to achieve high quality standards in customer service and grow future leaders in the team.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor Degree / Masters Degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field
- 7-8 years of leadership experience plus global/regional order management experience
Aviation/Aerospace industry experience
