Job Description

* Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.* Oversee talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.* Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.* Support workforce planning and ensure optimal resource allocation for data centre teams.* Manage performance through coaching, feedback, and development plans.* Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.* Facilitate organisational development and workforce restructuring as needed.* Analyse HR metrics to provide insights and inform data-driven decisions.* Collaborate with global HR teams to implement people initiatives and HR programs across regions.

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience in human resources within the tech or data centre industry, ideally with exposure to global operations.

* Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.

* Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

* Experience supporting data centre teams, including understanding the unique challenges of scaling and managing a tech-driven workforce.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions and cultures.

* Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.

* A strong strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on tasks and drive change within a dynamic global environment.

* Ability to manage complex employee relations issues and provide actionable guidance to leaders.

* Fluency in mandarin is mandatory to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

* A proven track record of leading HR projects and influencing senior leadership on people-related matters.
