About Our Client

We are currently partnering with an established private equity fund that has recently invested in a manufacturing business that has presence across Asia Pacific, US & Europe. With the recent involvement of the PE fund, they are currently identifying a new C-suite leadership to be based in Singapore, including a new Global Head of HR, to be a key driver in driving strategic HR initiatives to allow scalability and growth in the business.

The organisation has over 7000+ employees globally, with multiple manufacturing sites in Asia, and is positioning Singapore as their global headquarter. With a global presence and a deep commitment to excellence, they lead with a purpose to reshape the future through their products in the electronics consumer industry.

Job Description

The client is seeking a strategic Global Head of Human Resources to join their new leadership team that they are looking to build in Singapore. This key role will help shape and implement global HR strategies that align with their business objectives of expanding across APAC, US & Europe markets. As the Global Head of HR, you will be at the forefront of driving talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation across our global offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Executive Team to define and implement HR strategies that support the long-term goals of the company.
  • Talent Management: Develop and oversee global talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development strategies, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent worldwide.
  • Culture & Inclusion: Champion a high-performance culture built on diversity, inclusion, and equity, aligning global HR practices with organizational values.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive employee experience across all regions, fostering a supportive and motivating work environment.
  • Organizational Development: Lead change management efforts, optimizing structure and processes to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the design and implementation of performance management systems that promote continuous improvement and align with business goals.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all global HR laws, regulations, and industry standards, and manage any related risks.
  • Global HR Best Practices: Monitor trends and continuously innovate HR practices, staying ahead of the curve in global HR strategies and technology.



The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within a global / regional manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in leading a HR function including COE functions like talent management, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, and benefits across multiple regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at an executive level, driving change and managing complex, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of global HR best practices, trends, and employment laws, having China & India market knowledge is an advantage.
  • A passion for building inclusive and diverse teams and a track record of successfully driving cultural transformation.
