This role will report to Senoir Director and responsible to enhance the brand's visibility across its retail locations globally through engaging marketing initiatives. This includes overseeing product launches, gaming events, community interactions, and live demonstrations.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in retail stores, including engaging events and product demos.
  • Create strategies that align global and regional gaming trends while preserving brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and eSports teams to design impactful in-store experiences and boost visibility.
  • Work with senior leaders in marketing, eSports, product, and operations to ensure smooth program implementation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between headquarters and regional retail leaders for effective global initiative execution.
  • Support regional marketing managers in adapting global strategies to local market needs.
  • Upgrade the retail environment with the latest gaming technologies and trends.
  • Partner with community managers and eSports teams to host events and tournaments, building a dedicated customer base.
  • Build relationships with influencers and gaming communities to expand the brand's reach.
  • Implement strategies to convert store visitors into active community members, enhancing brand loyalty.
  • Track and analyze KPIs and community growth metrics to refine and optimize marketing programs.
  • Manage the global marketing budget for retail programs to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with financial goals.
  • Stay informed about gaming trends and customer feedback to continually improve the retail experience.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has min Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in global marketing and retail management.
  • Deep knowledge of gaming culture and current trends.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Proven skills in budget management and performance metrics evaluation.
  • Innovative approach with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and community development.
  • Experience in organizing in-store esport is a plus
