They are committed to fostering community engagement and frequently updates its games with new content and features to enhance the gaming experience.

Job Description

  • Strategically grow and engage the global community by developing and implementing initiatives that increase size, activity, and loyalty.
  • Design and execute compelling community events, both online and offline, including tournaments and updates on the competitive ecosystem.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with players, fans, influencers, and partners to enhance the overall community experience.
  • Actively engage in community conversations across various platforms (forums, social media, Discord, etc.) to provide support, address concerns, and gather valuable feedback.
  • Establish and manage the esports ecosystem's online presence through social media channels, forums, and in-game communities.
  • Create and deliver high-quality, engaging content for the community, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and live streams.
  • Showcase user-generated content to foster community participation and creativity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has strong understanding and passion for the esports industry
  • Min 5 years of proven experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and focused on creating "win-win" partnerships
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Passion for games, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
