The Global Director, Loyalty Strategy & Design role will be drive and deliver programs across loyalty and customer satisfaction. This is a newly created, permanent role.Job DescriptionThe Global Director, Loyalty Strategy & Design will report to the Global Head of Loyalty & CRM and operate as an individual contributor with matrix teams. This is a senior hire that requires a strong focus on customer acquisition and engagement, resulting in increased revenue and profitability for the group. You will also provide guidance to other brands in the group and partners.The measures of success in this role are:Loyalty strategy: develop and lead the global loyalty strategy, that aligns with the group's business objectives.Center of Excellence: establish and lead the loyalty COE, serving as the key resource for program design, implementation and optimization.Innovation: introduction of new features in the loyalty program and measuring for effectiveness.Optimization: measuring customer engagement via program participation and interaction frequency.Customer insights: use data analytics' team help to analyze program effectiveness and presenting your findings to the CXO teams and where applicable, other brands under the group.Consistency: ensuring program consistency across global markets and finding out customer pain points.Peers to this role will be leads for brand & store design, analytics & insights and digital marketing.The Successful ApplicantTo be a successful applicant, you have:MBA, Masters in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.Ten or more years' experience in managing loyalty programs within a globally recognized brand, ideally in a multi-brand setup within FMCG, hospitality or retail. Candidates who have developed loyalty programs from the ground up or done global revamp of existing loyalty programs will find this an excellent fit.Four or more years in a role with a wide regional coverage, with exposure to APAC, EMEA and/or USSolid track record in using data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and advising the CMO and other CXOs on effectiveness of group's loyalty program.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flexibility to travel, up to 30%What's on OfferThis is a new role, created from our client's interest to use their customer network and deliver exponentially better engagement and experiences.
