This role owns the global end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes, with a strong focus on retail OTC and omnichannel complexity. You will drive process standardisation, governance, and automation to improve cash, cost, and customer outcomes.

Job Description

  • Own and govern end‑to‑end OTC and PTP processes across B2B, B2C, and omnichannel environments
  • Lead retail‑focused OTC process design covering order capture, billing, collections, disputes, and customer experience
  • Define global process standards, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps
  • Drive automation and digitisation across ERP, RPA, AI, and workflow solutions
  • Partner with Finance, Commercial, IT, and Shared Services as the senior process authority

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years' experience in OTC/PTP, Shared Services, or process transformation roles
  • Strong retail OTC experience with exposure to B2B, B2C, and omnichannel models
  • Proven ownership of end‑to‑end global processes and large‑scale transformation initiatives
  • Solid knowledge of finance controls, SFRS, and tax compliance
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP, S2P/P2P platforms, and automation technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and senior leadership presence
