A reputable heavy manufacturing company based in Benoi, Singapore with a growing footprint across the region. My client provides company transport options to facilitate travel to the office in the West.

Job Description

General Ledger/Bookkeeping

  • Responsible for month end, quarter end and year end closing of accounts through the preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Supporting with fixed assets
  • Assisting in financial and tax audits
  • Managing inter company and bank reconciliations


  • Liaising with overseas entities on finance operations
  • Verifying staff claims and reimbursements, as well as processing invoices
  • Updating sales and purchase orders on accounting system
  • Assisting on ad hoc tasks set by supervisor

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably handling GL/bookkeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good attention to details and able to prioritise tasks
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
