You will lead go-to-market execution, build trusted relationships with CXOs, and drive adoption of full-stack cloud solutions across global and regional financial institutions.

Job Description

Customer Engagement & Opportunity Development:

  • Identify and engage top-tier financial institutions and large enterprises across international markets.
  • Build trust through industry insight, consultative conversations, and tailored value propositions.
  • Expand existing accounts through secondary development and operational collaboration.



Solution Positioning & Value Delivery:

  • Articulate the business and technical value of cloud offerings, including intelligent computing, hybrid cloud, and AI services.
  • Deliver compelling product narratives and solution presentations, independently or with SA support.
  • Influence customer perception and position our client as the preferred strategic partner.



Sales Execution & Decision Enablement:

  • Drive opportunity conversion through strategic communication, resource orchestration, and offer structuring.
  • Accelerate customer decision-making cycles and ensure continuous product adoption.
  • Reverse-drive internal improvements based on customer feedback and usage challenges.



Lifecycle Support & Technical Advocacy:

  • Provide end-to-end support across the customer journey.
  • Promote rapid product iteration and help customers achieve technical milestones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced:

  • 8+ years in cloud computing or enterprise tech sales, with proven success in public cloud adoption.
  • Strong track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.



Well-Connected:

  • Deep relationships with global financial institutions and large enterprises.
  • Comfortable engaging CEOs, CTOs, and senior decision-makers across BFSI sector.



Technically Fluent:

  • Solid grasp of cloud architecture, hybrid environments, and mainstream design approaches.
  • Able to address technical queries and guide customers through solution design.



Strategic & Influential:

  • Skilled in diagnosing customer strategy, business, and technology needs.
  • Effective communicator who listens actively and influences outcomes across decision chains.



Customer-Centric:

  • Strong service mindset with the ability to anticipate and address customer needs.
  • Insightful in identifying hidden pain points and delivering forward-looking solutions.
