Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and manage the operations of our their QSR business in Singapore. The General Manager will be responsible for driving business success across multiple stores, focusing on sales, profit goals, store performance, marketing, and menu design. Job Description

  • Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of multiple store locations across Singapore to ensure smooth functioning, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales and Profit Targets: Lead the achievement of sales targets, profit goals, and operational KPIs for all stores under your supervision.
  • Store Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of each store, providing guidance and support to managers in driving store success, optimizing team productivity, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns, in-store events, and other strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
  • Menu Design & Innovation: Work closely with the culinary and product development teams to design new menu items, optimize existing offerings, and align the menu with customer preferences and market trends.
  • Staff Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of store managers and staff, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and professional growth. Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
  • Financial Management: Control and monitor operational costs, budgets, and financial performance to ensure that profitability targets are met.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior management role within the QSR, restaurant, or food service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-unit operations and achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of menu design, product development, and food trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost control.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's local market and business environment.
