About Our Client
Our client is a subsidiary of a major Cambodian group. They are a prominent business group in Cambodia and have a number of subsidiary companies such as Banking, Real Estate, Hospitality, Consumer Goods and Food & Beverage. The subsidiary is the property management group which manage a large and diverse set of properties including Malls, Commercial and Residential and leisure facilities.
Job Description
- Oversees and approves all commercial and operational activity across all Assets
- Annual Budget creation, analysis, presentation for approval, and management
- Oversee and approve Tenant Rent Statements / Collection of Rent
- Ad Hoc Financial analysis, deliverables, and supervision
- Manage all aspects of Property / Facility Management, Client Reporting, Presentation, Vendor Management, Contracts, and Staff Supervision
- Build & Manage your Team of people
- Client & Tenant Satisfaction Liaison
- Partner with Engineering Staff to ensure overall health of Assets across the portfolio
- Project Manager for Owner / Tenant Improvements
- Management of Direct Report(s) - Supervision & Professional Development
- Primary Contact / Project Manager for service contractors and vendors
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Commercial Real Estate (Facility / Property Management preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (Facility / Property Management preferred)
- Accounting & Budgeting experience
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to be able speak with clients in China.
