About Our Client
Our client is a leading international law firm with global operations. With an increasing pipeline of projects and cases, they are looking for a fund finance associate to join their team.
Job Description
The work scope will focus on the global fund finance market and subscription credit facility for both borrowers and lenders on private and public fund financing. There will also be matters involving fund formation financing. The firm's clientele includes top financial institutions, international lead agents and lenders. You will have the opportunity to receive training from top lawyers and have a wide exposure to high net worth transactions.
The Successful Applicant
You are a Singapore, UK or Australia qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of experience in banking and finance, and are interested in exploring a specialisation in fund finance. Prior experience doing fund finance specifically will be advantageous. You are driven, keen to learn and a team player who can multi-task to navigate competing deadlines.
