Job Description

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, andmonth‑end performance analysis to support strategic and operationaldecision‑making.
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to deliver financial insights, evaluate business performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and financial models to drive visibility and support scenario planning.
  • Support management with analysis for pricing, cost initiatives, investments, and other strategic projects.
  • Strengthen financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement in planning and analysis workflows.

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting or finance, with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within B2B sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and tools to improve reporting accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement.
