About Our Client
Our client is an international media company offering a stellar line-up of content to their audiences. Due to their regional expansion and continuing business needs, they are looking for a high calibre individual to lead their regional office.
Reporting to the APAC CFO, you will lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process, monthly and quarterly forecasts, perform variance analysis and management reporting. You will also analyse business drivers and provide recommendations to promote efficiency in support of strategic initiatives to be rolled out to other markets. As a business partner, you will work closely with other departments such as Sales and Marketing, providing analytic support through scenario analysis and financial modelling to improve organisational performance.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you are a degree qualified individual with at least 8 - 10 years of experience with relative experience accumulated in the media industry. Strong analytical, reporting and financial modelling skills will be essential to this role. Proficiency in excel, accounting software or other use of financial evaluation methodologies to analyse and evaluate new and existing business across the company will be highly advantageous. A team player and meticulous individual, you communicate effectively and have good interpersonal and influencing skills.
