Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and cost control.
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports, dashboards, and insights to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support business case development for new investments and projects.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.



The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
