Job Description

  • Contribute to organizing and preparing the annual budget as well as quarterly financial forecasts.
  • Help create, update, and maintain financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
  • Analyze variances between planned and actual performance and support the development of meaningful insights.
  • Generate and share recurring financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership, emphasizing key metrics and trends.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to collect and interpret data essential for financial planning and decision‑making.
  • Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses to back strategic projects and business growth initiatives.
  • Track market developments and industry trends to guide financial forecasts and planning activities.
  • Support efforts to enhance and refine financial planning tools, systems, and processes.
  • Maintain adherence to internal policies and financial regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 year of accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in English and Korean for effective communication with regional stakeholders and headquarters in Korea.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
