Job Description

  • Manage Fleet Operations activities and teams to meet organizational goals, ensuring fleet assets are ready for current and future needs.
  • Work closely with Fleet Engineering, QHSSE, Sustainability, and Digital teams to enhance processes and introduce improvements.
  • Implement strategies for workforce, supply chain, innovation, branding, and resource optimization to enable fleet resilience in a dynamic and uncertain environment.
  • Collaborate with local and international stakeholders, including trade unions, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and technology providers, to fulfill business objectives and maintain organizational outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Maritime Operations, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • Brings over 10 years of relevant managerial experience, with a solid track record of achieving results in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrates exceptional executive leadership and well-rounded management skills.
  • Possesses strong skills in negotiation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on navigating change effectively.
  • Brings strategic insight and solid analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and enhance business performance.
