Job Description

As a Finance Specialist, you will embark on an exciting, hands-on journey that will expose you to various aspects of finance and business operations. You will gain exposure to:

  • Financial analysis: Assist with the analysis of financial data to guide decision-making processes.
  • Budgeting and forecasting: Contribute to financial planning and forecasting activities.
  • Cost management: Monitor and optimize cost structures within the company.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports and support external audit processes.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for individuals who are ready to grow and develop into future leaders in our finance organization:

  • Relevant Academic Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Possess Analytical Acumen: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to process complex financial data and present meaningful insights.
  • Have a Growth Mindset: Given our worldwide operations, you are comfortable working across cultures and in different markets, with a flexible mindset towards relocation.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in financial modelling and analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.
  • Communicate Effectively: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for translating financial information to non-finance teams and senior leadership.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have ability to multitask to manage priorities.
