A high growth cybersecurity company, empowering digital businesses to thrive securely. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to join our APAC HQ and help scale our financial operations to the next level.

Job Description

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs
  • Manage group consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal controls
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth and cost optimization
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
  • Support fundraising, M&A, and investor relations activities as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in tech or high-growth environments
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and IFRS
  • Proven experience in group consolidation and multi-entity reporting
  • Proficient in financial systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Xero) and Excel
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive and collaborative approach
