We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the full spectrum of finance operations in Singapore and to play a pivotal role in enabling the brand's continued growth across the region.

Job Description

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Drive end‑to‑end financial operations, ensuring the integrity of full-set accounts, robust general ledger management, timely statutory reporting, and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Lead the monthly close process and prepare US GAAP financial reporting for headquarters.
  • Manage intercompany and bank reconciliations, as well as commission reporting.



Commercial Finance

  • Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and credit card settlement records to ensure smooth alignment with boutique operations.
  • Support sales teams on commission structures, incentive calculations, and related system matters.



Taxation & Compliance

  • Manage corporate tax, VAT/GST filings, withholding tax, and statutory submissions.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to uphold full compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.



Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with regional finance teams across Asia and global HQ in the US.
  • Support finance system implementation, optimisation, and ongoing enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
  • Professional Accounting certifications (CA/ ACCA/ CPA) are an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Navision is a plus.
  • Polished, professional presence aligned with a luxury environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal finesse.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to excellence.
