Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting:

  • Manage all accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, inventory, expenses, and fixed assets.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, group accounting standards, and local regulations.
  • Coordinate external audits and deliver consolidated financial statements.



Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Perform variance, trend, and cost centre analyses to support decision-making.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.



Governance, Compliance & Taxation:

  • Oversee statutory filings and regulatory submissions, including GST and withholding tax compliance.
  • Liaise with external tax advisors and ensure adherence to legal frameworks.



Treasury & Risk Management:

  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships.
  • Review and enhance financial controls and risk management practices.



Team Collaboration:

  • Guide and support the finance team to ensure high performance.
  • Work cross-functionally to align financial processes with business objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable with a positive work ethic.
