Our client continues to invest in their facilities and people, and is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their local finance team.

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage regular accounting and reporting activities, including month-end and year-end closing, monthly financial and cash flow forecasting, and annual budgeting.
  • Handle tax reporting and filing obligations.
  • Manage risk, including coordinating insurance matters with HQ and handling claims in collaboration with insurance providers.
  • Ensure adequate financing to support operations and investments, working closely with HQ and local financial institutions.
  • Lead monthly and annual financial closing processes (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow), ensuring compliance with local regulations and coordination with external auditors.
  • Enhance Finance processes, such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), to boost efficiency and control.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.
  • Lead and manage the Finance team, setting and developing team and individual goals, implementing employee development plans, and providing coaching.
  • Serve as a Finance Business Partner to the Country Manager.



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, tax, and controlling.
  • Expertise in tax, customs, and Transfer Pricing for cross-border transactions.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain financials.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, with Navision and SAP knowledge being a plus.
  • Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • High integrity, with the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to tackle new challenges.
  • Team player with effective communication and leadership skills, capable of leading and developing teams.
