Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.


  • Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls to ensure compliance with international accounting standards.


  • Monitor and manage global cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.


  • Develop and execute financial strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.


  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.


  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions.


  • Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize financial processes and cost management.


  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA / CPA preferred).


  • At least 10 years of experience, preferably in the electronics trading or distribution industry.


  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, IFRS, GAAP, and tax compliance.


  • Proven expertise in financial operations, including cash flow management, financial controls, and risk management.


  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial software.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment and manage cross-border transactions.
