Our client is a leading real estate group headquartered in Singapore, with a global portfolio spanning commercial, residential, retail, and integrated developments. It manages a range of investment platforms including REITs and private funds.

Job Description

  • Prepare and oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities within the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse consolidated financial data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline consolidation processes and improve reporting efficiency.
  • Ensure forecast and budget submitted by the various cluster Finance are realistic.
  • Perform analysis and explain variances between actual vs budget vs forecast.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial reporting across entities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Proven expertise in consolidation within the financial services sector.
  • Knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
