As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making whilst working closely with Regional counterparts on financial reports, P&L and balance sheets. This role involves managing financial processes, providing insights and recommendations, and assisting with budget planning and control.

Job Description

  • Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements, analyze discrepancies, recommend actions, and develop real-time dashboards.
  • Lead budgeting, maintain rolling forecasts, and conduct scenario planning.
  • Optimize revenue, implement cost control, oversee financial systems, refine processes, and lead automation projects.
  • Handle urgent financial matters beyond work hours in a dynamic environment.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, debt, forex hedging, banking relationships, and vendor partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5 or more years of work experience in the field of audit or related areas,
  • Open to travel for work opportunities across SEA
  • Proficient in IFRS and PRC policy
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Good supervisory and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in handling user management and users in an added advantage.
