Our client is an established and growing Multi-Family Office and they are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Finance Associate to join their growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the COO on budgeting, regulatory reporting, and audit processes, supporting the financial management of high-net-worth families and their investments. In this role, you will work closely with the COO on budgeting, regulatory reporting, and audit processes, supporting the financial management of high-net-worth families and their investments. Job Description

  • Partner with the COO to prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple entities
  • Oversee and coordinate regulatory and compliance reporting requirements
  • Support the preparation and review of financial statements and audit documentation
  • Maintain financial integrity across complex structures and accounts
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive client information with the utmost professionalism
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and strengthen financial controls
  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimising financial performance.



The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis (family office, private wealth, or professional services experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory frameworks
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High integrity, discretion, and sound professional judgement
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with accounting and portfolio management systems preferred
  • Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
