In this role, you will work closely with the COO on budgeting, regulatory reporting, and audit processes, supporting the financial management of high-net-worth families and their investments. This position requires exceptional discretion, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.Job DescriptionPartner with the COO to prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple entitiesOversee and coordinate regulatory and compliance reporting requirementsSupport the preparation and review of financial statements and audit documentationMaintain financial integrity across complex structures and accountsHandle highly confidential and sensitive client information with the utmost professionalismIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting and strengthen financial controlsPrepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Support the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors when necessary.Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for optimising financial performance.The Successful ApplicantTo succeed in this role, you should ideally possess the following:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineAt least 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis (family office, private wealth, or professional services experience a plus)Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory frameworksExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsHigh integrity, discretion, and sound professional judgementStrong Excel skills; familiarity with accounting and portfolio management systems preferredExperience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingWhat's on OfferThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a trusted, client-focused environment.
